	Create MY SKILLCODE The SKILLCODE application is the key building block within MYSKILLSmanager. SKILLCODEs allow individuals to easily identify, communicate and value their skills and abilities.
	Create Experience SKILLCODE Every work and learning experience, both formal and informal, can be identified and registered and then given a value in the form of a SKILLCODE. This process provides for clearly defined skills levels and precise feedback.
	MY SKILLCODE Comparison Establishing SKILLCODES enables users to accurately determine their skills levels, recognise skills deficits and assess the most effective forms of skills development.
	MY SKILLCODEs All SKILLCODEs established by a user are registered here. SKILLCODEs can then be edited and reports selected and presented.
	My CPD - Learning Plan This application enables individuals to register a learning plan and record the outcomes of learning for use in skill development and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
	MY Libraries/Reports This series of libraries allows a user to record and report their work, employment and learning experiences. A user can present customised information relevant for a C.V. or resume from their libraries.

Having Job SKILLCODEs is fundamental to communicating expectations from recruitment through to the ongoing performance of duties. Job SKILLCODEs empowers managers to recognise and value work performance and objectively communicate workplace expectations.
	JOB SKILLCODEs This page is the register of all SKILLCODEs established by a MYSKILLSmanager user. All of the user's SKILLCODEs can be edited and the appropriate reports presented here.
	JOB SKILLCODEs Comparison One of the dilemas for business is to clearly definte and articulate the expectations required in a job. This application enables a business to compare the skills required in a job to the skills of the job holder.

	Training SKILLCODEs This is the register of all training SKILLCODEs.
	Create a Training SKILLCODE This application can be used to convert any existing training program into a training SKILLCODE.
	Training SKILLCODE Comparison The SKILLCODE comparison appliciation provides any training provider with the capability to compare the skills of any individual with the skills delivered through training. It can be utilised prior to the commencment of training or during any stage of the program.
	Pre-Compared SKILLCODEs This is a register of all pre-compared SKILLCODEs.
